4th Week School Internship Reflection

 Today (28/01/2023) Saturday at 10:45 am the school experience of the 4th week of teaching practice (from 23/01/2023 to 27/01/2023) was conducted as general reflection. Student teachers representing all schools shared their experience. As there were classes in some schools, the representatives from there could not participate in the general reflection. Therefore there was a reflection of 17 school representatives.

3rd Weekly School Internship Reflection

The third weekend reflection was optional. The school experience was shared from 16/01/203 to 20/01/2023. 6 people were absent. 9 people shared their experience of a week. Everyone shared their school experience, the changes in us, the class they took well, the class they took badly, and what changes they need to bring. Reflection was conducted from 12 noon to 1 am.

2nd Weekly School Internship Reflection

 After completing the second week of school internship today, there was a reflection presentation in college today 14th January 2022. The general reflection presentation started at exactly 11.15 and lasted for about two hours and all the teachers including college principal Roy sir participated in the reflection.

Student teachers undergoing internship in twenty schools shared their different experiences. Representing each school, the individual and general experiences of each student were shared. In general, all the student teachers experienced difficulties in the first few days, but gradually all of them were able to adapt to them. Difficulties in classroom management and not being able to take classes with a lesson plan were shared by more students.

It was possible to understand how changes can be made in the teaching method and how the teaching method can be improved through the experiences of each teacher and student. It was also understood that different teaching methods will increase students' interest in learning. It is clear that the students are more interested in the teaching method using information technology than the traditional teaching methods.

Then each of them shared their personal experiences in the optional classes. Compared to the first few weeks, there have been better responses and changes. Various classroom strategies to capture children's attention were shared. Also, many people found it difficult to complete the classes using the lesson plan. So some minor difficulties and problems of classroom management were shared there. At 3.30 the reflection program terminated

Reflection on School internship- 2k23

 School Internship- Reflection - 1st week

January 4- Wednesday 

We reached the school at 9.30 am on Wednesday, January 4. Then met H.M. After handing over the attendance register from the college to H.M., we met our mentor teachers and bought the timetable. My mentor teacher is Biju Sir. I got three classes of 8th standard for teaching practice- 8A, 8B, 8E. We have provided an art room to relax.

               I was able to take 2 classes this day. 8A in 4th period and 9A in 6th period. Here I was able to create a rapport with the children.

                    5/01/2023 , Thursday 

On this day I was able to take 2 classes. 2nd period in 8B and 4th period in 5C. In 5C, I was entered as a substitution. In 8B, I was able to create a rapport with the studends and then I just introduced the chapter for students. 

                    6/01/2023 , Friday

On this day I was able to take 2 classes. 3rd period in 8B and 5th period in 6B. In 8B,  I complete a Lesson plan on while my class. And in 6B it was a substitution class.

                     7/03/2023 , Saturday 

Although this day was a holiday, but it was a working day in all schools. On this day I was able to take 3 classes. 1st period at 8E , 4th period at 8H and 6th period at 8H. In 8E , I complete 2 Lesson plans. 4th period in 8F and 6th period in 8H are off substitution classes and I create a rapport with the students of that classes.
