School Induction Program is conducted on 13/12/2021 to 17/12/2021. It was a five days program that to understand the environment, internal and external facilities of the school which we are selected for our teaching practice. As the part of 2021-2023 based school induction program I selected SKVVHSS Thrikkanamangal.

The main purpose of five day induction program is to interact with the school that we have selected for our teaching practice, to understand the educational qualifications, the curricular and co-curricular activities being held and to be aware of all the activities.

We were Eight student teachers from different departments of BMMIITC, who worked as a team to collect all information and the peer discussions made us to feel comfortable. Along with this there is a opportunity take three classes of high school section and two classes for observation of the required subject teacher and understanding the capabilities of students, their interests, etc. All of my team members were fully participated in all the activities that held in school induction program. Through this we could understand the environment and history of school, students, teachers, staffs etc

We hope that the experience and information gained from initiatory school experience will help us in our B.Ed. course and those moments will remain with us forever. The school induction program was a wonderful experience for us...🤩
