As a part of Kerala University B.Ed curriculum, a workshop on stress management was conducted at Baselios Marthoma Mathews II Training College kottarakara The workshop was a part of the college based practicals of EDU07 PERSPECTIVES OF TEACHING AND LEARNING .The class was taken by well-known speaker Dr.Joju John
